i want to know if any one might know a place in cali where you can do your own blown glass thing. please help i want to take my gf for the experience
Answer:
glassblowing is nothing you can do with a one time visit.
You'll have to take a class. It's not going to be cheap. A bunch of art school in california will have glass blowing classes.
If you want a one time art experience, a lot of places have drop-in life drawing classes. You will have to bring your own material, but it should be just a few $ to participate.
